Core Conference, May 6

Attendees will enjoy a light breakfast and networking after getting checked in for the conference at the Espacio Cuadrilla event space a few minutes’ walk from our recommended hotels


After breakfast, attendees will walk to the iconic Torre Foster for core programming in the building’s auditorium. At 248 meters tall, the building has a distinctive high-arch composition of office floors framed by service cores and a dramatic glazed atrium at street level. The auditorium is suspended just above the lobby atrium.  

Attendees will return to Espacio Cuadrilla for lunch following presentations.

Networking Reception, May 6

Please join fellow industry leaders for an evening of networking at Azotea Cibeles, one of Madrid’s most iconic rooftop destinations. Set atop the historic Palacio de Cibeles – a landmark building that once served as the city’s central post office and now stands as a symbol of Madrid’s architectural grandeur – this venue offers a truly distinctive setting for connection and conversation.Guests will gather on the terrace of Azotea Cibeles, where sweeping panoramic views stretch across the city—from the famed Cibeles Fountain to Madrid’s expansive boulevards and skyline.

Getting here: Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to/from the reception.

CVU Leaders Meeting, May 5

Held the afternoon prior to the core conference, CVU Leaders will convene for their annual meeting. This meeting is only open to those holding a designated CVU Leadership role.   

Torre Castelar is an icon of modern Spanish architecture originally completed in 1983 celebrated for its bold engineering. In 2010, it was thoughtfully renovated by the original architect’s son, who modernized the interiors and upgraded the façade while carefully preserving the building’s distinctive architectural vision—blending legacy design with contemporary performance. 

Getting here: CVU Leaders are responsible for their own transportation to/from the meeting which is approximately 30 minutes by public transit or 20 minutes by taxi.
